Hasn’t been shipped in over 40 days

I ordered this March 15 and it still hasn’t been shipped. They never responded to my emails but they did respond on insta and said they were behind and to give them a week to ship out. It has not been shipped out and it’s almost been two weeks since then and they won’t respond. It says in there policy it MIGHT take 21 days and it’s been twice that and I haven’t gotten a response back since two weeks ago
